Great location next to Shin-Osaka station, clean rooms, well-stocked facilities, excellent rooftop bar view, fast WiFi.

The hotel had an amazing location, just a few steps away from the train station, which made it easy to move around the city. the hotel was also very clean, and the showers had great water pressure. the view from the rooftop bar was outstanding.
The rooms were tiny, not enough space to open a big suitcase, and the soundproofing was terrible. I could hear the noise from the trains and traffic even on the highest floor.

The location of this hotel couldn't be more ideal for exploring the city. It's just a few steps away from a major transportation hub, making it easy to get around. there's a convenience store nearby where you can grab some quick snacks for your adventures. The rooms are small, but they're clean and have all the necessary amenities. One thing I really appreciated was the fast and reliable Wi-Fi, which was perfect for staying connected during my trip.
It can get a bit noisy in the rooms, especially if you're on a lower floor. The soundproofing is not perfect and you may hear some outside noise or your neighbors.

We loved our stay at this hotel. It was very clean and had great facilities, including a roof top bar with amazing views. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the train station which made it easy for us to get around this city. The staff were also very friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome. we were very impressed with this hotel and would highly recommend it.

the hotel's close proximity to the train station made it convenient and accessible for us to explore the city. the room was cozy and well-maintained with a comfortable bed and a clean and neat bathroom. the staff was courteous and attentive to our needs throughout our stay. the breakfast was delicious with a mix of Japanese and Western cuisine. the view from the sky bar was breathtaking and stunning. We enjoyed the free coffee in the lobby, which added to our comfort.
The elevator was a bit slow.
